Introduction
A careful restoration work of the remains was the preliminary step to the anthropological analysis of the human skeletal material, that comprehended a detailed catalogue of the skeletal parts present, the recording of metrical and non metrical traits, age and sex determination of the subjects, stature estimation and paleo-pathological analysis following the methods suggested by Buikstra and Ubelaker, 1994, Trotter and Gleser (1977) and Brothwell (1972).
